Less than half of Americans struggle with overweight today, but it really is awarded with causing over 60 known illnesses. Whereas overweight is not just a disease, it can do cause myriads of health problems. Our bodies are very complex systems, and they need to be taken care of. When people do not properly care for their very own bodies, they start to have a lot of fat on their bodies which will puts these people at higher risk of having detrimental medical issues.
