The purpose of this assignment is always to critically evaluate and reflect upon the effectiveness of an innovation, developed pertaining to learning and assessment used. � The 3 learning effects which I include focused on, because outlined inside the module descriptor are (ii) critically reflect on the opportunities and limitations of practice as a energetic learning environment in relation to the facilitation and evaluation of learning used, (iii) illustrate the allowing of learners to incorporate theory and practice, and (iv) vitally evaluate a variety of learning theories and teaching ways to facilitate the integration of theory and practice.

I will utilise Gibbs (1988) model of expression, (as offered in Quinn & Barnes, 2007). � Gibbs's (1988) reflective circuit encourages a description with the situation; examination of feelings; evaluation and analysis in the experiences; summary of what I would carry out if the scenario arose again; and shows an action intend to achieve this (Gibbs, 1988). � Expression is an active process that enables health care specialists to gain a deeper comprehension of their experience (Johns & Freshwater, 2005) and serves to extend the professionalism and our self confidence in a wager to make sense of clinical experiences (Ghaye Gillespie & Lillyman, 2000). � It will help us in our ability to deal with the contradictions between what is desirable and what is actual practice, making us even more self-aware and thus become empowered to respond in another way in future conditions (Johns & Freshwater, 2005). � According to Nursing and Midwifery Authorities (2008), confidentiality will be maintained.

Learning in practice is an important area of the curriculum and accounts for approximately 50% in the pre-qualifying medical programme in britain (RCN, 2009).
