The changing from the culture of an organization provides both the benefits and drawbacks. The capacity for a great OD expert to assist a company in changing its lifestyle requires a great deal of understanding about the current organizational culture; it is resistors to change and where the organization would like to end up. Just before identifying the steps needed for change, having a crystal clear understanding of how corporate tradition is, provides for the next continuous phases from the process to begin. A Corporate culture can be defined in many other ways. Corporate tradition is best understood to be an interdependent set of philosophy, values, ways of behaving, and tools intended for living which have been so common in a community that they tend to perpetuate themselves, sometimes more than long periods of time. (Brown, 2011) Changing the traditions of an corporation that is very well set in there ways can be terribly challenging. Cultures are made up of almost invisible or unwritten expectations that oftentimes are carried out or perhaps passed down simply by senior employees. Many company cultures are harmless and also set the bar or requirements for many agencies to follow.
