Federalist are individuals who support instant ratification with the Constitution. Those who believe in the distribution of power and a strong central government. While the advocates of federalism believe that authority and prestige should be evenly distributed amongst the central government, they can not support the division of comparative power throughout the states. Consequently , the Constitution should be ratified, creating a bicameral legislature, enabling Congress to consist of two houses, the Senate and the House of Representatives.
