There are a number of differences between action-oriented and people-oriented HRM departments. One of the distinctive dissimilarities lays in the approach that each of the diverse methods decide on the position of recruiting. It's important to remember that a good HRM department is both people and action-oriented. An action-oriented HRM is usually one that attempts to further the business by solving problems through taking activities. These activities are typically resolved based on some rational actions and not on the set of rigid policies and procedures. The action-oriented office is all about people and how the HRM department can work to fix the problems of those individuals.
