Today is a length of doubt if restaurant owners can efficiently survive the challenges the fact that global competition can bring. And business is one of them in order to cope with this kind of challenges, a business has always to be innovating. Globalization of the business is forcing restaurant owners to grapple with complicated issues because they seek to gain and maintain a competitive advantage. Confronted with unprecedented levels of competition at home and abroad, eating places are beginning to acknowledge their own identities and amenities just to appeal to customers to supply good service to customers. As a result, a customer wishes a unique mood and comfortable cafe just to consume their favorite food.

Information approaching directly from buyers about the satisfaction or dissatisfaction that they feel using a product or maybe a service, customer comments and complaints provided to a company are essential resources for increasing and dealing with the needs and wants of the customers. The information is usually procured through written or perhaps oral surveys, online forms, emails, characters, or calls from the customers to the organization. 1

The pleasantness of certain thing or matter offers a change in different aspects, be it social or physical. Facilities may be tangible or intangible. Tangible amenities might consist of attractive guests rooms (lodging), Wi-Fi, cusine, parks, swimming pools, golf programs, health club facilities, party bedrooms, theatre or perhaps media bedrooms, bike pathways, community centers, services, or garages.
